Terms & Conditions

Effective: 18/07/2025 Last Updated: 18/07/2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flowscope website, web application, and Chrome extension (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using Flowscope, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Flowscope is a workflow and productivity tool designed for GoHighLevel users. It allows users to inspect, clone, store, and manage publicly accessible funnel and website structures for educational, analytical, and workflow acceleration purposes.

Flowscope is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GoHighLevel.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Flowscope. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Access

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your login credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Flowscope only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use Flowscope to infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Clone, copy, or distribute content you do not have permission to use
  • Use the Service to violate platform terms, including GoHighLevel’s terms
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service

5. Intellectual Property & Content Responsibility

Flowscope does not claim ownership over any third-party content you inspect or clone. All responsibility for copyright compliance, intellectual property rights, and permission to reuse content rests entirely with the user.

Cloning or inspecting content without proper authorization may violate applicable laws. Flowscope is intended for inspiration, education, and internal workflow use, not unauthorized duplication.

6. Chrome Extension Usage

The Flowscope Chrome extension reads and processes page content for supported websites, injects scripts required for functionality, and communicates with Flowscope servers. By installing the extension, you consent to these behaviors.

7. Stored Data & User Content

Flowscope may store cloned funnel data persistently within user accounts to support features such as swipe libraries and reuse. You retain responsibility for all content stored in your account.

8. Lifetime Deal & Pricing

Flowscope may offer limited-time lifetime access deals. A “lifetime deal” grants access for the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the user or any third-party platform.

9. No Refund Policy

All purchases of Flowscope lifetime access are final and non-refundable. Because Flowscope provides instant, unlimited access to its full functionality upon purchase, refunds are not offered.

10. Third-Party Platforms & Changes

Flowscope depends on third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel and Google Chrome. We are not responsible for platform changes that affect functionality or account restrictions imposed by third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowscope shall not be liable for loss of profits, business interruptions, or legal consequences resulting from misuse of the Service. Use of Flowscope is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification
